Creator Terms
1.
Content Ownership & Licensing
You retain full intellectual property (IP) rights to the content you upload (“Content”).
You grant Great Spire a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, market, distribute, and sell your Content on the Platform.
You may also sell the same content on other platforms unless you enter into a separate exclusivity agreement with us.
2.
Revenue Sharing & Payouts
You will receive 100% of the net revenue from paid sales of your Content (excluding Stripe processing fees available at https://stripe.com/ae/pricing, as well as any additional processing fees if applicable).
Payouts will be made monthly via Stripe or another supported method, based on the prior month’s net revenue.
We may issue promotional vouchers or offer your content for free as part of marketing campaigns. These will not be compensated unless agreed otherwise.
Apple (Apple Pay) or Android (Google Play) commissions will be deducted from the net revenue generated by you in case the Seeker made a purchase through that payment gateway.
3.
Instructor Responsibilities & Content Standards
You agree to:
Upload original, high-quality educational content that complies with applicable legal and ethical standards.
Avoid:
Plagiarism, false claims, or unsubstantiated health claims
Infringing upon intellectual property or third-party rights
Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful
We reserve the right to:
Remove or request edits to content that violates our policies
Suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards
4.
Refunds and Disputes
All refunds are governed by Great Spire's refund policy.
Instructors are not required to directly manage refunds.
Any dispute over refunds, reviews, or transactions will be reviewed and resolved at the discretion of the Platform.
5.
Platform Promotions & Marketing
You authorise Great Spire to use parts of your Content (e.g., clips, thumbnails, course titles) for promotional purposes across any media, including newsletters, social media, and third-party ads.
You are encouraged to promote your courses actively to your audience but are not contractually obligated unless otherwise agreed.
6.
Termination & Content Removal
We may suspend or terminate your account in the case of policy violations or inactivity.
Upon termination:
Your content will no longer be offered for sale
Existing customers will retain access
We may continue to use promotional materials already created unless removal is requested
7.
Legal & Compliance
You warrant that your Content is accurate, original, and compliant with all relevant laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Spire from any legal claims arising from your Content
8.
Content Storage and Third-Party Disclosure
Great Spire is committed to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of your Content.
We will store your Content securely using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We will not sell, license, or otherwise disclose your Content to any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law or as necessary to enforce our legal rights.
Your Content will remain exclusively within the Platform’s infrastructure and will be used solely in accordance with these Terms.
9.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds on the Great Spire app are handled solely by Great Spirits Limited and apply to both digital products and practitioner services.
9.1.
Practitioner Services
Refunds for consultations, coaching, or other live sessions will be issued only if:
The practitioner does not attend the scheduled session
The session is undelivered or inaccessible due to technical issues
The service was clearly misrepresented in the listing
Practitioners will be notified before a refund is issued and may submit proof (e.g. screenshots or messages) within 72 hours. Refunds for no-shows or undelivered sessions are non-negotiable and will be deducted from the practitioner’s payout.
9.2.
Digital Products
Refunds for digital products (e.g., courses, meditations, downloads) are issued only if:
The product is defective (e.g., file is broken or unplayable)
The content is inaccessible due to a platform error
The product is materially different from its description
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, user error, or dissatisfaction with teaching style. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. All refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
9.3.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate to:

10.
Updates to Instructor Terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. When changes are made, we will communicate them to you through email notifications and/or in-app notifications. It is your responsibility to review communications regarding updates to stay informed.
